Changing Market 2023

We are almost through January!

This new year and the end of 2022 has brought us some significant changes.  The interest rates increased, and the market shifted. I am finding myself working with more buyers and I am also seeing that sellers are more willing to negotiate.

The market here in Sevier, County Tennessee is still strong. The Smokies are a top tourist destination. In my opinion, there is never a bad time to invest here. The rates may be higher, but with the willingness of the sellers to negotiate the sale price, I feel that everyone is still winning.
